Once a week I write a little something about one of the treatments from this divine range but after the long weekend the thought of writing this blog was rather daunting. Visiting relatives and a Great Gatsby party has left me feeling like an old tea bag. I am looking at my tired skin a reflection of the past four days of decadence and I know it?s time for a fresh green juice made from a selection of live greens cut from my garden.
Knowing a bit about juicing and relying on my intuition I cut Celery, Kale, Cilantro, Parsley and a nice chunk of Aloe known for it?s amazing healing and detox properties. Pop it in the blender mixed with some spring water and a squeezed lemon. Delish!
Now all I have to do is echo that goodness on my face and neck. To do this I use the Mango light peel which I apply to a washed face leaving it on for between1-2 minutes. This will exfoliate and boost moisture. Rinsing well I towel dry and can immediately feel the difference in the texture of my skin. Now for the magic! I apply two full pumps of the Green Clay and Aloe mask covering my face and neck. The green clay will purify my skin through osmosis while releasing minerals back into the skin. I will leave this on for about 10-15 minutes. In the meantime I can sip on my juice while I read my mails and plan the day ahead.
Time flies and in no time it?s time to wash off the Aloe mask. Now for the revealing ~ I wash off the mask using warm water and a facial sponge. I am amazed at the result every time I use this combination, such a perfect blend to give your skin that rejuvenating and purifying boost. Now to splash on the softening lotion from the daily?s range to add some moisture. Last but never least the Concentrate and then the brightening cream and Walla! I am as good as new.
